About the collection

We introduce new special models every year and this year is not an exception. We made a special collection consisting of 100 pieces of watches PRIM Sport Tritium for you. These watches are inspired by the legendary model PRIM Sport made in 1968.

These sporty men watches with dial insetted with capillaries filled with tritium were made in Switzerland and which are set in indexes and in hands. In the case of PRIM Tritium it is all created in a very appealing green combination with green hands and orange index of the 12th hour. The case of these popular watches is modified with PVD method and is followed by sharpening, which gives a matt appearance to the watches. Revolving lunette with a minute scale and with one-way arrestment is added to help to create the sporty style.

The certainty of long lasting of these watches is provided by their fine execution, as they are made of high-quality steel, safe mineral glass and certified quartz machine of 2115 caliber. Thanks to the test of water-resistance on 10 ATM you can bath with them without any worries (tested up to 20 ATM). These sports watches are provided with warranty in a sporty looking package.

What Tritium is

The source of radiance in the watches PRIM Tritium are in ampoule with tritium gas. The subtle amount of tritium gas is hermetically closed in a thin glass and is covered in a phosphorescent material. The electrons from tritium activate the substance to emit a faint permanent light.

GTLS (Gaseous Tritium Light Source) emits light with permanent intensity. Compared to traditional sources of light in watches, GTLS doesn’t need any kind of charging nor any activation, in other words it doesn’t need any external source of energy, no conductors or switches. That is why GTLS is widely spread in the area of safety signs (emergency exits etc.).

Colours and intensity of the emitted light differ in the used luminescence layer. The amount of intensity of the emitted light is derived from green colour, because it is green colour that has the highest amount of intensity (100%).
