PRIM ORLÍK RESPEKT 60 LE

The limited edition PRIM ORLÍK RESPEKT 60 LE is a form of celebration expected by customers and collectors for the 60th anniversary of the first Czech diving model, Orlík, from 1965. The edition has only 60 pieces, symbolizing the number of years of existence of this iconic watch.

Orlík, with its original mission, which was initiated as a separate project by the then Ministry of Defense, fulfilled clear goals from the beginning. Resistance to water, pressure, shocks, falls and temperature changes. It passed. And it continues to surpass its limits.

60 pieces of humility and respect for the first model. Each one carries an individual numbering and a certificate of authenticity. 60 pieces of maximum inspiration from the original. 60 pieces bearing the typical loaf logo after many years, thanks to the unification of both companies.

The watch case is made of authentic stainless steel alloy EN 1.4305 (AISI 303), similar to that used in the original model. The fine sandblasting of the surface and the semi-matte dial faithfully evoke the original look. The water resistance of 6 ATM and the original leg spacing of 19 mm have also been retained.

Modern elements include sapphire crystal, the in-house caliber 103.00, and a unique luminescent bezel made with special HyCeram technology. The screw-down caseback with the anniversary logo is positioned so that all details fit together perfectly.

WARNING: The watch case is made of EN 1.4305 (AISI 303) steel, the same alloy used in the original military Orliks ​​from 1965. However, this steel has different properties than the 316L commonly used today – in particular, lower corrosion resistance and higher nickel release. Therefore, users with nickel sensitivity are advised to exercise caution when wearing.

Inspiration and homage to the original.

We would be hard-pressed to find a greater reason for national pride in connection with our own, home-made watches than the Orlík model. It means durability, strength, sporty design. In today’s sense, it means history, tradition, and a story that does not lose its luster over time. On the contrary.

The new PRIM ORLÍK RESPEKT 60 LE is a tribute to the first one. In the year of the 60th anniversary of its creation. Inspired by design and material, it remains traditional while using modern processes and innovations.

The main role is played by the material. Similar to the original model from 1965. Authentic stainless steel alloy EN 1.4305 (AISI 303), fine sandblasting of the surface and semi-matte dial faithfully evoke the original look. The 6 ATM water resistance and the original 19 mm lug spacing have also been retained.

In contrast, innovations such as sapphire crystal, a unique bezel with luminescence made using special HyCeram technology, and a screw-down caseback with the anniversary logo are positioned so that all details fit together perfectly.

And the logo! After many years, the return of the typical bun logo for all who have never stopped admiring it. The watch is delivered on a gray rubber strap, the buckle bears the pictogram-symbol of the Czech PRIM watch.

The entire commemorative Eagle is packaged in an authentic box inspired by the original.

Inside the case ticks our own in-house movement PRIM caliber 103.00 with manual winding. With 19 jewels it performs 21,600 oscillations per hour (3Hz). The lid is decorated with the edition number and the Orlík anniversary logo.

The edition consists of 60 pieces.

When designing the model, it was important – and we succeeded – to:

• Preserve the style and DNA of the Czech watchmaking icon – the Orlík model
• Paying homage to the original 1965 model
• To bring and present new processes in traditional production
• Introduce a special element – ​​original material
• Celebrate the 60th anniversary of the iconic Orlík model
• Focus on details and precise execution
