About the collection
ELTON SPORT with a nostalgically familiar design that evokes memories. A watch made in a factory in Nové Město nad Metují, not under the name PRIM, but ELTON. The only one of its kind with this name.
The current edition of this model draws inspiration from history, original designs and colors. However, the production of the model itself already uses modern technologies, from design to complete manufacturing.
However, manual work remains and is a crucial factor, especially when covering the indices with paint. Accuracy and high demands on the “steady hand and good eye” of the specialist are the basis of precise design even in the smallest details. This dial is not worked on by machines, but by experienced masters in the field.
The legendary “sport watches” are produced today with great care and sensitivity. Also with thoughts of the unforgettable crossing of the English Channel by František Venclovský in 1971. With respect and humility, our watchmakers continue the tradition and work of their predecessors. Knowing that the “sport watches” were the first civilian Czechoslovak sports watches that first started ticking in 1969.

The high-quality steel body of the watch emphasizes the durability and daily wearability of this model. The matte black dial with subtle pearlescent reflections contrasts attractively with the color of the steel. It features distinctive yellow indexes and hands, which give the watch excellent readability and a sporty look. The rotating bezel with a descending scale and a luminescent dot not only decorates it, but also makes it easier to measure time intervals.
We have prepared both a high-quality leather strap and a sporty rubber strap for the watch. Thanks to the tool that is also included in the package, the straps can be easily changed.
The glass back reveals the in-house PRIM movement with manual winding.
Inside this model ticks the in-house PRIM caliber 94.00 movement with manual winding. With 17 bearing stones it performs 21,600 oscillations per hour (3Hz). The power reserve is min. 48 hours. Part of the movement is decorated with the PRIM watch pictogram-symbol.
There are only 50 pieces in the edition.

The first civilian sports watches left memories of grandfathers and fathers in many hearts. When you look at them, you feel like you’ve seen them on someone before. Once upon a time… Their iconic look still inspires designers and watchmakers. It’s as timeless as we can imagine. The style of these watches defies time. It never gets old.
A versatile model that can be changed from sporty to social by simply changing the strap, it will never look ordinary. The seconds and minutes read off on the matte black dial with contrasting indexes pass pleasantly.
ELTON SPORT carries another historical reference on its body. It is related to water resistance. 6 ATM has its symbolic meaning. The watch was originally tested at 5 ATM in the 1960s, but the client at the time insisted on increasing this value. In order to save money in the then national company, already manufactured covers were used, only the number 5 was crossed out with the number 6. This created the famous “Elton six”, which made the watch an extremely sought-after collector’s item.

Design
ELTON SPORT 2025 LE continues the history of the first Czechoslovak civilian sports watches. A watch made using modern methods in combination with traditional methods and demanding manual work. Inside this model, the best of Czech watchmakers works – an in-house mechanical movement with manual winding. The rare watch marked – ELTON – is, among other things, an interesting collector’s item.
The collection consists of only 50 pieces.
