We are happy to repair, clean or renovated it. We provide a professional service for our all products, whether under warranty or not.

IN PERSON
The fastest way to sort out any claim is to visit our store at the company headquarters, which is also home to the service department.
Non-warranty service
PRIM products are provided with service support even after the warranty period has expired or the relevant product is no longer being produced. For all defects, the cost of repair depends on the price of spare parts and time required.
For more complicated defects, or in the event of a complete malfunction of the watch, repairs are conducted by replacing the item for a fixed price set by MPM-Quality. For more information and quotes, please contact us.
