Gift vouchers
Give the gift of time that lasts.
Would you like to gift a PRIM watch to your loved ones, friends, business partners, or employees but aren’t sure which model to choose? We’ve prepared special gift vouchers for PRIM products just for you. Choose from vouchers with nominal values ranging from CZK 500 to CZK 10,000 available in our e-shop. The recipient can then select PRIM products that perfectly suit their preferences.
You can give a beautiful gift to your loved ones or friends for special occasions such as birthdays, thank-yous, or congratulations. For companies, it can be an attractive end-of-year gift for business partners or a way to recognize long-standing employees.
The gift voucher can be purchased online – it will then be sent via email. The second option is to buy the voucher directly at the PRIM company store (Příborská 1473, Frýdek-Místek). If you are interested in a different amount or a voucher with a company logo, please contact us at individualizace@prim-hodinky.cz.
Voucher Rules
- Ordering a gift voucher in the e-shop.
- After the payment is received, the gift voucher will be sent to the provided email address.
- Možnost vytisknutí dárkového poukazu a zasláni na adresu (+99 Kč), tuto službu lze vybrat v e-shopu.

The recipient can use the gift voucher:
- At the PRIM company store (Příborská 1473, Frýdek-Místek, 73801), where the gift voucher must be printed and presented.
- Na e-shopu (eshop.prim-hodinky.cz) za použití unikátního jednorázového kódu, který je součástí poukazu
- The validity of the gift voucher is limited to 12 months from the date of issue.
Once the expiration date indicated on the voucher has passed, the gift voucher can no longer be used. - If the price of the selected product exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the difference can be paid using a standard payment method, either at the company store or in the e-shop.
- The gift voucher is valid for a single use only. It cannot be exchanged for cash, and any unused balance will not be refunded.
